about each space
Shawnee Theater is our first ballroom located on the 1st floor of ARCO. Shawnee has a maximum occupancy of 344 people, and can comfortably sit 218 in stadium-style seating, or 112 people seated at 60” round tables. The Theater features the original 16 foot deep orchestral-style stage with 27 foot long railing, engineered hardwood floors, an automatic stage curtain, performance lighting, acoustic paneling and professionally wired performance sound. The front entrance of the Theater presents an adjoining breezeway with exterior grand entry steps and restored historic exterior globe lighting.
Myaamia Hall, our second ballroom located on the 3rd floor of ARCO, is a showstopper for performances and weddings alike. The three panels of stained glass were originally a skylight and was restored by the original manufactures in Indian. The wood floors and stages are original to the space. The 32ft stage, with accompanying platforms around the perimeter of the space, Myaamia gives artists a variety of options for performance. Performers will also appreciate the four point lighting, acoustic paneling, and portable sound system in the space. With Iris Gallery adjacent to Myaamia, the event space feels expanded as guests have the option to linger in our gallery space or for wedding couples to stage their grand entrance.
The distinctive windows on the 3rd floor of ARCO are the gem of our Iris Gallery. This north facing gallery has three 12ft high windows with Florentine glass restored during the renovation. The original hardwood and wood trim frames the space for the rotating artists gallery or create a subtle backdrop for a guests waiting to enter Myaamia Hall.
